We are looking for a highly focused Technical Recruiter to enhance our talent pool in our pursuit of excellence and be part of our success story. The responsibilities of Technical Recruiter will include all aspects of talent acquisition starting from gathering of requirements from hiring managers to documenting the role and identifying and bringing in the most suitable talents. He or she must be hard-working, focused and consistently meet the expectations of all stakeholders.

To be a successful Technical Recruiter, you should have a good working knowledge of contemporary practises, well versed with Office tools and recruitment tools, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Enable job descriptions of required vacancies at all options.
  • Source right candidates with relevant skill sets for the JDs.
  • Conduct pre-screening to check candidate’s abilities.
  • Coordinate with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs.
  • Design and send personalized emails to passive candidates about VuNet and current job openings.
  • Network in the industry to identify talent pools.
  • Roll out offers.
  • Onboard new hires.
  • Promote VuNet’ s reputation as a great place to work.
  • Keep all Job Descriptions up to date.
  • Stay updated with new technological trends in our domain.

Skills & Experience
  • Proven work experience of 4+ years as a Technical Recruiter
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats like phone and other online options.
  • Technical knowledge to the extent to understand and explain job requirements.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Thorough with sourcing techniques like social media recruiting and Boolean search.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good understanding of HR practices and general statutory practises.
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, IT, or any other relevant degree.
