The responsibilities of Technical Recruiter will include all aspects of talent acquisition starting from gathering of requirements from hiring managers to documenting the role and identifying and bringing in the most suitable talents. He or she must be hard-working, focused and consistently meet the expectations of all stakeholders.
To be a successful Technical Recruiter, you should have a good working knowledge of contemporary practises, well versed with Office tools and recruitment tools, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.
