VuNet is looking for a UI/UX Designer, highly self-driven, passionate and who can join our product development team. You will team up with a group of ambitious, collaborative team members and developers to create best-in-class user experiences. The UX designer will work with stakeholders and developers to identify and solve UX problems and create interfaces that are clean, intuitive, and exceptionally easy to use. You will be executing multiple design projects in a structured development pipeline, and utilising a variety of architecture, UX design, and UX research skills to best meet the varying needs of the business.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Work closely with product managers to understand product vision, product priorities & roadmap, and help in estimating scope.
  • Generate ideas and concepts to create emotionally engaging user flows, storyboards, wireframes, interactions, prototypes, design specifications, and presentations focusing on information architecture and interaction to articulate a users journey.
  • Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the product.
  • Design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements.
  • Evolving and evangelizing our Design System.
  • apable of creating low and hi fidelity prototypes to quickly storytell a variety of concepts, get customer feedback, and iterate on designs.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and management teams.
  • Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience.
  • Self-motivated to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment by managing multiple projects and expectations effectively.

Mandatory Requirements
  • 4+ years of UI/UX design experience.
  • A portfolio with projects you delivered with demonstrated impact.
  • Strong proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools such as XD, Figma, Miro, etc.
  • A passion for delivering excellent creative solutions that are aligned to product strategy.
  • Experience collaborating with Marketing, Design, and Development groups.
  • Vibrant and engaging storyteller with effective communication and presentation abilities to all levels of the company.
  • Are comfortable articulating design decisions and asking tough questions to help surface and challenge assumptions.
